The A+ 602 section builds on the first section; A+ Essentials, with special focus on customer-orientated interaction. Upon completion of the A+ Preparation Course, learners will have the opportunity to write the CompTIA A+ Essentials and 602 exams, which will certify them as a CompTIA A+ IT Technician.
